Seriously, just what would North Korea understand ?

The use of any kind of force is out of the question, and I am not sure that sanctions would be effective, especially considering that the country has experienced self-imposed widespread famine in the past.

The answer, if there is one, is to keep the pressure on China, to "have a word" with its neighbour....China seems to be the only source that Kim Jong-un actually listens to.
