Make Font Bigger. Outlook. Apple Mac

I find it really difficult to read my emails on my Mac. Simple way to enlarge the font?

I assume that you're using the Outlook for Mac mail client, rather than accessing the Outlook.com website. (Why the hell Microsoft decided to use the same name for two entirely different things is beyond me!).

Many apologies for not acknowledging your answers sooner.
I haven't been able to do anything with Outlook, but that's because I haven't a clue how to.
(The reason for the delay is that I hate my Apple Mac and wish I had never bought it. I spent 20+ years with a PC and now am too old and too set in my ways to change. So all I have now is a big expensive doorstop sitting in my study which I try to avoid using at all.)
