I think we could do with one, just to cheer us up :-)

There's the usual array of things to be stabbed with cocktail sticks, crisps and dips, now, the sandwiches were a bit of a challenge, par for the course really.
Suggestions for fillings most welcome.

Hands off the cheese scones, they are for you-know-who.

Vino, beers and ciders are in the usual locations (that is, if you lot can remember from the last time)

Pull up a carpet and tuck in xx

Albs you should have been with me & OH yesterday. Some friends treated us to afternoon tea at Woburn Abbey. Cake stand with various sarnies (crusts cut off) scones with clotted cream and strawberry conserve and a selection of petite fours. Plus a choice of about 15 teas... yummy. Doggy bag provided to take home what
you couldn't eat. Down to earth with a bump today!
I'm always happy with classic sandwich fillings such as rare roast beef and horseradish or prawn Marie rose with shredded lettuce, Cos or Little gem preferred.

Thanks for the scones :-)

Bacon Brie and cranberry sandwiches always do it for me Alba...but I'd prefer a cheese scone :(

Don't let Minty hear you talk about bacon, that lass has a passion for bacon and broon :-D
Unsmoked, can't bear smoked bacon. Or brown sauce.
Sorted, keeping it simple.
