So it emerges that the young man in question has a long criminal record, has had a couple of attempts made on his life and has been described as a 'lovable rogue'!
Why was he running away from the police if he had nothing to hide, sad that it is, I feel that if you live by the sword then you'll die by the sword, the police just can't win in this sort of situation.

Wow! Three times Thirdamigo!....You're an unlucky man to dine with.......
Mayhem and carnage?..... :-))

Why are all police officers doing their job assumed to be burly?
// Suspect apprehended at 1.45a.m. dies in hospital at 3.10a.m.How could he have been 'choked to death' //

basically dead at 1.48 - but no one around to call it
also you can get people 'around' after an appreciable down time - so you carry on resuscitating once started - 03 10 is when they called a halt in the hospital

I personally think you should be able to arrest people without er killing them - London Bridge etc excepted.

Handled very differently to Minnesota
Police obliged to give an account of their actions

If only this usain bolt of the police world was the pursing cop in the de menezes case, maybe he'd still be alive
