All my tops that I have put on before I brush my teeth ... even when I put a towel over my upper body I still look down late and see splashes, sometimes tiny but still adorning my chest, of white. Sometimes I look as if a small bird has flown across.....and it doesn't seem to wash out very well either.

Oh yes, toothpaste spray. Usually spotted when standing in a supermarket queue or somesuch.
