Friday. Cloudy and wet. The weather's no better! :o}
Got to be out and back in time for new washing machine delivery. It'll get well used today!
At the moment that's the highlight of the day. Who said I don't know how to have fun! Mind you; I can think of better ways to pass the day!

Jo...they are all in the Val of Glamorgan. This area was one overrun by the Normans not long after 1066. The earliest church we have so far found was dated 1130.

There must be loads of them around in Somerset as well.

Some of them have plague windows, and they are always worth a good look around. We saw one yesterday, that had been redecorated in the Arts and Crafts style at the turn of the century and had a very beautiful lectern.

Its also a very good value day out, as all it costs us is a pound or two in the collection tin, and a nice pub lunch !

Good Morn Boaty/ Murra xx / Alba & fellow campers, wet, damp & a horrible day here, don't think there's much on the cards today only if I can get them, fit 2 Bathroom Taps as ours has oxidised & although I've go into the Little screw that hold the Top on it looks like it's also pressed in place so that mean "New Taps I'm afraid, what are you lot up to today, anything interesting?

Morning Birdies, cool breeze and clouds scudding across the sky. More like late September that late July. Supposed to be going out for lunch with"She who must be obeyed" later when she has had her hair "done". That definitely means rain, it always does after she has been to the salon, so we will definitely have to forget the outside table and sit indoors.
