Trout Pout Cat
This is weird. Smoke comes in t'other night with a pout like Mick Jagger. It didn't seem to be bothering him at all but when it hadn't gone down I made him an appointment at the vet. Anyway, it was time for his flea treatment. Trout pout had disappeared by the time I got him to the vet. Apparently a flea allergy can cause the bottom lip to swell and the treatment clears it up. Never seen anything like this before. Anyone else ever come across it?

I rang the vet and was told to give her an antihistamine tablet, but it had to be chlorpheniramine rather than the new generation antihistamines. Luckily, I had some in the house.
I gave her a tablet she fell asleep and the swelling went down. That might have been an insect bite. I will never know.

The problem with cats (one of the many problems) is that you are never really sure where the little 'angel' has been and been up to.
I hope it doesn't happen again - all the other cats will laugh at him and pass rumours of him having had cosmetic surgery.
I am sure that my little boy (pictured) has moobs/mcoobs/coobs
