Sure it is. Those are all examples of collective wealth being used by the state for common good. And they're all perfectly possible to do effectively.

Of course, "kromosocialism" is not a command economy. Or total nationalisation of all property (though it does allow for selective nationalisation). But, obviously, that's not what Labour supporters want.
