If someone retweets your picture then someone comments on their tweet, would you get notified about it?

The answer to this question is yes. When I tried a “buy retweets” service from https://www.buytwitterfollowersfast.com/ , every retweet of any of my posts, photos etc. was accompanied by a notification. The notification is fully traceable as well. This also goes for likes and new followers.
