Does anyone know how I can do this please, I just want to alter my home insurance with them which is due for renewal next week, unfortunately I can't use the phone so tried Chat now, but it came up 'can't use chat now as we are either busy or closed, ( says they're open 9-5 on documents!) It is so frustrating but most of firms say the same, drives me nuts

....not an answer to your question, but now would be the ideal time to get a few quotes from elsewhere. Two Which? Recommended Home Insurance providers are LV and John Lewis Insurance....my quotes from them were just over half my renewal premium from Nationwide - itself quite a good price! Nothing ventured....etc....

Thank you both for your replies, that is what I am looking for Albaquerty, I will try it first.I did do a comparison gingerbee but as the lowest (Sunlife) was just a few pounds lower than my renewal from AA I thought it would be easier to cancel my accident cover which I don't usually get anyway, but resulted in hassle anyway-duh so now I will probably try John Lewis.
