How real are you on sites like this?
personally, ive shared a lot of personnel info over time on AB (prison, psych hospitals, etc)but theres loads that I havnt shared. I share the occasional thought on FB but no one really knows me except for what I choose to share.
If anybody could see whats in my head at any given moment, I'd be locked up (probably in a psych hospital again).

I go through periods where suicide seems the only way to end the pain.. I took an overdose once, probably when I was about , all it did was to make me sleep for three days.

I had to give up working, this was something that I had dreaded. It has actually taken away a lot of stress.

In many ways I am lucky and I am financially secure for the first time.

But the demons will always be there.

Look after yourself and take their happy tablets - some of them actually work.

Is there someone - a counsellor - perhaps - or a clinician - who may have helped you in the past and/or someone you trust enough to be able to talk to them?

Nailit has been so very badly let down by the system... I doubt there is anyone in the scope of things he is likely to trust..and I really don't blame him... you have been through tough times Nailit, this is a wee hiatus..hang in there...please xx
