Now I want 2 weetabix with ice cold milk and sugar but i KNOW i'll regret it after. I'm fighting it. My mouth just wants food in it! Why? I just want to have different flavours to taste. It drives me nuts. (hmm... nuts...)

Look at your body like a car. Calories are the equivelent of petrol.
Basically, the faster you go the more both burn up. However, if you starve your body of decent calories and starve your engine of decent fuel, what will happen? Your car will conk out and be no good to anybody.
The secret is put decent petrol in your car and take things easy. Economise on short journeys, drive in 5th or 6th gear more often. Extend the journey for better economy.
Calories are pointless. Put decent fuel in your body.
Don't even look at fat content. If you want butter have it. If you want a big juicy steak then have it. Just eat sensibly. You know what the bad foods are so just cut down.
Your body is a complex machine and will find its own size. Just eat well and enjoy and take exercise.

I would eat that nearly in one meal. You are not having enough food your body will think its starving and store fat.
Have wholemeal toast (2) with jam or a bowl of porridge or weetabix made with mild for brekkies.
Have a banana and a couple of digestives for elevenses or some oatcakes with peanut butter.
Eat a good carbohydrate rich lunch like brown pasta, rice or jacket potato with some protein baked beans, tuna or chicked with some veggies. Have some fruit and/or a yoghurt.
If you want to lose weight keep your cabohydrates lower in the evening a fill up on lots of lovely veggies with your main meal of fish, chicken or veggie protein if you're vegetarian and more fruit or a nice low cal choccy mousse or something if you fancy something sweet.
Drinks lots and lots of water throughout the day and take plenty of exercise even if its just a 20 minute walk a day or something. Keep a stash of low fat choccy drinks in if
you fancy sweets stuff too especially nice in this rubbishy weather.
I'm not a nutrition expert but your body will be a lot happier with some good healthy food in it.
