Have wrapped a mackerel and a whiting in foil and placed in the oven and 180 degrees.

Any idea how long please so the flesh is cooked, skin can be peeled off and the flesh removed from the bones?

Whilst I'd not know without a websearch, I do find 20 minutes in an oven usually works to cook a whole fish from the supermarket. As you've two, maybe check after 30 ?
20 - 25 mins should be sufficient but keep checking it at 20 and beyond so it does not go over and dry out.
15 mins - then check. You don't double the time for 2 fishes in a conventional oven!
I would say 10 to 15 mins, nearly all people overcook fish. 30 mins is way too long.
