Britney Spears Toxic Screensaver

Does anybody know where I can download a screensaver with images from this video - I have downloaded 5 via Google and they were all very old photos (plus I got about 500 pop-ups in the process). Please note that I am suitably embarrassed by this request, and even considered setting up a new user name.
