Very Slow Tablet

I have a samsung galaxy 4 and inthe last couple of days its become really slow. I have tried deleting some of the apps I didnt need any more, but it doesnt seem to have helped at all. It is taking 1-2 minutes to upload websites with pics and when they first appear they are puxelated.
Being a bit clueless on technology I dont know how to delete files cos tablets dont have a left or right click. lf you explain how to help can you put it in simple tems ie idiots guide thanks!

If it's slow downloading websites (which is what I assume you meant), then the problem is almost certainly with your network connection (either your WiFi, or your broadband connection). Deleting stuff won't help. If you have a wired connection to your computer, first check that you are getting a decent speed over your broadband connection.

Sounds as though it may be choked and needs a clean up. Try cleaning the App Cache before you do anything.
If your device runs slow, crashes or resets, or apps freeze when running them, clearing the cached data may help.
From a Home screen, navigate: Apps icon > Settings. From the All tab, locate then tap the appropriate app.
Personally I dont keep anything important on my tablet and I dont hesitate to do a 'factory reset'. This solves all problems.
