Error no Language Support

When I turn on my PC and windows loads I have an error window with the message "ERROR NO LANGUAGE SUPPORT". wHAT DOES THIS MEAN AND HOW DO i CLEAR IT? I have Win XP SP2.

sounds like you have a program loading at startup and thats what is producing the message.

Check your startup folder and then run Msconfig to see if anything obvious stands out.
