Links Not Working
I'm using W10 and had a large update from Windows a few days ago and since then links from emails no longer open, if I click on a link I just get a white screen for about 10 seconds and the it returns to the page.
However, if I click on a link in Firefox it opens.
Can anyone help please?

If Firefox is being used as the Default Browser then it follows that all It programmes will be activated by Firefox.
Incidentally, I am dumb when it comes to Windows 10. Both my Desktop PC and a Laptop are still operating on Windows 7. It is the case that my Laptop is using Live mail and an icon on the screen will activate irrespective of what browser I set as default.

No way are you spoiling my Sunday. Gretel ( my wife's name in AB) and I spend every Sunday doing Crosswords, watching TV and other such activities that require the minimum of physical effort.. Items excluded as taboo are Gardening, Housework and Cooking ( I did say Cooking; age is against the similar sounding word.) ☺☺☺
If you make Firefox your Default Browser and then click the Mail Icon, I reckon you should be in business. Try it, you can always go back to IE as your Default Browser, without harm being done to anything. You could also try Edge which is part of windows 10 and is supposed to be better than IE, although I have read bad reports about it. I reckon that both IE and Edge have compatibility problems with Answerbank and, whilst I have said it on numerous occasions, I am yet to hear AB Editorial saying otherwise.

If you change to a different browser your current app icons in the task bar may not be there. You may have to import them to a new browser. But you can still find you email with the new browser in a number of ways. If you install and open the new browser before designating it as your prefered browser no harm done. It is never a bad idea to have at least two browsers installed anyway. If one has trouble you have a fall back.
I think, Hans, there are settings to import bookmarks when you launch a browser. I seem to remember them from when I installed Chrome. I thought that perhaps Firefox did it automatically. We don't know really whether Khandro has dragged the Firefox icon down to the task bar and is actually launching it.
