Have been here before!
Loads of jobs with loads of responsibility that involve nothing more than ticking boxes exercises..
Police have done their job ..tick
Mental health visitor in cells...tick
Addiction specialist in cells....tick
Doctor to assess ur mental health and assessment to be interviewed...tick.
Solicitor who doesn't know you from Adam...tick

And still you get done for an aborted suiside attempt.
Tick, tick, tick......where does it end?

Keep posting, nailit. Even cyber-contact is better than none, and at least gets you outside of your own head for a little while.
Better you see the boxes ticked than see nothing occurring. And the ticks are just there to indicate real attempts to help are being made.

I may be stating the obvious, but try not to concentrate/brood on them. Go with the flow. Find something that does calm you, be it walking in the countryside or by the sea shore; or maybe being still, eyes closed, listing to calming music. Maybe take up meditation, or search for a new interest that takes your concentration and leaves less time for you to focus on the aspects of life that are dragging your mood down.
OG - the problem is they tick boxes indicating they tried to help but in reality nothing is done. No further help is offered.
I wish that I could help Nailit but I don't know the answers.

I can empathise with you - I know how it feels to feel so crap that you want to end your life to get rid of the pain.

You have a few friends on here who are in touch with you via email. Try writing to them - explain what it going on in your head. Even doing that might help.
