Yes. You will simply get loads of spam once you put your details in. there may be a free iphone avaialble but there will a handling charge or rental charge

It's more or less the same spam pop up that some of us get when using AB- there is a rogue ad that even teh adblocker doesn't seem to stop

Still happening but teh frequency has reduced. Looks exactly the same as others have got- although maybe there is some clever malware/spyware in there that detects whether we are on virgin, sky, talktalk or BT.
Malwarebytes and Avast havn't generally helped although they have blocked acouple of attempts to load this rubbish

Yes, i tried using an old email account- and ever since I have got inundated with two sets of spam - one sender sends me loads of casion emails, the other is lots of stuff about job offers

The 'free' iphone I won involved an uncompetitive monthly subscription to use it!

Does this 'notification' pop up when you are using AB, sandy? Keep the volume turned down as a bell rings and "congratulations" booms out

yup DON'T go there..it ends up with a subscription being taken weekly

This is the only place I've seen it appear. Apart from when I'm listening to Radio 4 I always have the sound turned off.

What's even more annoying is that it usually throws me out of AB. I have to close down the Congratulations page and then open AB again. Ed is on the case but it's definitely a problem. It's hard to see how AB can accept these ads- I can't see why AB on't just make it a condition of advertisng that this sort of spam doesn't jump in and take over
