Outlook Hotmail, Category Panel Problem

On the left hand side panel of the main page, where it shows Folders, Inbox, Junk mail, Drafts etc, it only shows a small top half of the words, which can make it difficult to see which one you want.
Making the screen larger or smaller makes no difference.
