Hi can anyone give me advise on sentencing for these please.

First
Wasting police time
I have sent about 25 emails to the police which are false plus made about 10 false 999 calls. No one has been arrested and it has not affected anyone but me. I am not sure if it would be classed as wasting police time or preverting the course of justice.

Second
Threats to kill
I have made false profiles on facebook and then threated a man a hate. On one post i put his name then (R.I.P you are dead or soon to be) and the other posts were about the same type of thing.

The other thing you need to know is i have a record already from about 10 years ago which inclues arson false reports to the fire service, theft and criminal Damage.

I know this all sounds bad but i need to know what i am looking at thanks.

All i would like to know is if i get charged for these what am i looking at.
If you google the headings as you have shown, you will be able to decide if you fit into the categories, and it will give you guidelines on punishments.
Woi do people answer or indeed give non answers to those seeking help in the law section? I go to other sites and people are ip banned for doing this there.

Oither help or refrain to answer so you should.
It entirely depends on what the charges are when you are arrested. That will then give you an idea of the 'range' of sentences the Judge/Magistrate has as his disposal.
Then, given whatever defence you offer may have a mitigating effect, it is impossible for anyone here to give you a definitive answer.
jackthehat - this is why I suggested google as I am sure it gives all the information IP needs.
//this is why I suggested google as I am sure it gives all the information IP needs.//

This is the answer bank or in other words a bank full of answers and not the let us recommend google bank which to be honest would then make this soite redundant so it would
Google gives a great deal more information than anyone can be expected explain on here.
Further - jackthehat has already that that much depends on any charges and a definitive answer cannot be given. At least I am giving IP something to ponder over.
wasting police time is here
https://www.inbrief.co.uk/offences/wasting-police-time/

and it goes on to perverting the course of justice
which is usually reserved if there has been a court case and a conviction

threats to kill is here
http://www.stephenlickrish.com/legal-services/general-crime/assault/threats-to-kill/

BUT - it is early days - you are looking at nothing until they charge if at all

Criteria for charging are different - and I think you are fearing far worse charges than any that will in fact be brought
I agree Dave
on the facts we cannot really be of much help
as far as I know, perverting the course of justice only begins once the justice system is involved. At the moment, just wsting police time sounds the more appropriate charge.

It's not a victimless crime, though. If polilce are unable to attend an emergency because they're out chasing up false information, many people could be affected.
Peter - your links are the ones which I tried to point the IP in the direction of and they give IP food for thought.
here's an OAP jailed for four years for threatening to kill Theresa May. She did have previous in teh same line of business, though.

This one got four months for threatening to kill another Tory MP

Two years for threatening an ex-girlfriend

It looks as if it depends who you threaten, and how plausible your threats are. You (probably) wouldn't get into trouble for obviously joking; but it sounds as though you weren't

sozza dave - not intended - partially sighted

I walked into a glass revolving door on Fri
and when they had untangled me - I was kinda spread over three sections - said
It is lucky they dont wash this - or else I wouldnt have seen it!
oh at work - er when I did
we have a good relationship and a porter showed me a treasured letter - a death note from his ex-wife to his partner

the police went around and told her not to be a silly silly girl
Peter - I assume the revolving door was out of control?
