We use the Maps app frequently yet today all i can get is a Dropped Pin on the backgrounds grid ....it shows the location of the town but that's as far as it goes ....any ideas what I've done to upset it or better still, how I can fix it please.

I'd delete the app and reload it. Its probably using a lot of memory and that would clear it and allow you to start again.
