-where u pick a number and the computer guesses it without you telling it anything. could someone tell me how it works?

Another incarnation of an old web favourite! Your magical number will always be a multiple of 9, ie 9,18,27 etc. Try it again and look at the symbol it throws up for multiples of 9.

i still dont get how it works!!! (the original one!!) whats going on, even if the number is always a multiple of 9 how can it still get the right one?

the computer can always guess what one because the symbol is the same for all the multiples of nine. with each go the symbol changes to add to the illusion but if you look at the symbol for 9, 18, 27 etc they are all the same because what ever number you pick you will always be left with a mutliple of nine. hope that helps.
