Even if we ignore the fact that this post would seem to belong on an ongoing thread, there's no company called 'Park Homes', so it doesn't make any sense. (There are loads of 'park homes' sites all over the country, where properties are either bought from/sold to private individual or from/to the companies which run those sites. Without knowing which company Red46 is referring to, the post is meaningless).
