omg ..!!
I was at adsa today , and they had this cheese on sample sticks , and my kids loved it , there was a million and one packs of cheese around it and I wasnt sure what to buy , so I bought the wkys farm cheese .
needeless to say its all but gone now .
it is really really lush!!

I agree - Wyke Farm is a lovely mature cheddar, a real nutty taste with a "good bite" :)

Have you tried South Caernarfon Creameries' Old Shire Special Reserve Vintage Cheddar ? - if you like Wyke Farm, you'll also like that one ! (comes in a distinctive green wax coating)
