I think AB Editor who has to monitor these questions has a similar problem trying to dispose of persistant sht.

We keep a plastic jug in the bathroom cupboard. If there is anything which won't flush away (not from my derriere I hasten to add!) I pour hot water from the tap onto said object from a height. It may take a couple of jugfulls but it does the trick.

Tear of a strtip of eight pieces ot toilet paper. Fold in half twice, and place it carefully on top of the water, so it covers the surface. It will soak, and drop onto the offending object, and should take it down when you flush. Sometimes I worry about the things I know!
