Dont know if this will help squidgy but i have a slvr with i-tunes the only difference between the two being a better camera,you might as well listen to the tunes via the sounds section already in the phone. The difference is in i tunes you can do platlists but there is no fast forward or rewind option which is pants if you download podcasts. hope this helps.

I think that the iTunes option is only on available on T-Mobile. Orange have their own licensing set up with Groove to supply their music players
