....you've got 15 seconds! That's your response time if you're a guest or the time allowed if you're a caller. Rachel Burden is a complete nuisance. She interrupts the guests regularly but others do it too on this station. I've noticed that a caller to any phone in has approx 15 seconds to make their point, and that's it. They rarely get the chance to respond. Guests will be interrupted if they talk for longer than 15 seconds. Callers who protest at these interruptions (and lots do) are told that we only want an answer to a question, not a monologue or speech from you. I think it's downright rude. If someone is asked to go on the show, for whatever reason, they shouldn't have to be constantly interrupted.

unfortunately, it's not the only radio station which does that 10C.
Some hosts on Talksport (Mr Alba's choice of listening) are rude, some, but not all, will allow the caller to expand their opinion and discuss it.
Doesn't happen that often tho :-(
rachel burden is ok - its nicky campbell that drives me mental. I feel sorry for any guest that comes on just before the news
nicky campbell? noooo, never, can't stand him
I've listened to 5live for years, its on all day and it's what I go to sleep to. Can't say I've noticed people not being allowed to make their point, in fact I wish some would. You want to listen to the Stephen Nolan show he lets people ramble on for ages. You know I'm going to be mentally timing everyone all day today.
Ratty, we'll need your evaluation tomorrow :-) x
I'll get me stopwatch.
