Poor you! I recently had the same diagnosis. That cuts out bread completely. it's really especially difficult to find things to eat at lunch for work, just salads, baked potatoes and sushi!. There's a website
http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/
You can select dairy and wheat free in the advanced search.
Head down to Tescos, they've got a good selection of special diet products. Also any recipes in cookbooks that you have can be altered slightly. Here are a couple of things you can eat as well:
Taco kit (made from corn) , easy to cook.
Tru Free crackers and FreeForm pasta from Tesco. Pasta is very similar to real pasta, corn pasta just tastes strange.
Risotto, if you're gagging for creamy stuff, risotto tastes creamy when it's cooked.
Goats milk (tastes like cows milk) and goats cheese (tastes like Philadelphia).
Frozen section in Sainsbury's has wheat free and dairy free food.
Snacks: At Holland and Barrett, banana crisps, thai chilli crackers, bombay mix.
Also head down to a large bookshop, they have recipe books for wheat and dairy free intolerant.
Also note that you can still eat mayonnaise as it's an egg product. That helps any salad!!
Good Luck and hope you feel better.
Regards, Rebecca
