Unicorn Obsession

Can anyone explain why there seems to be an obsession with unicorns of late?

Facebook and other social media sites seem to be overrun with posts about unicorns.

It's not over the top. Nothing was said that broke the Site Rules.

I started this thread as I wondered if there was a new children's programme or Disney movie that I had missed.

Sadly it has turned into a thread that is defending a poster who's has been unfairly suspended for a reason I cannot fathom. A look at Site Rules has not elicited a valid answer.

Not your fault, Eccles. I've only just come on-line and read this thread. I was going to tell about my shopping-bag. It was designed by my (then 6-yr-old) granddaughter and printed by her school. I was given one for my Christmas present. It depicts the (usual) Princess riding a Unicorn with the caption 'A Beautiful Unicorn' in somewhat shaky lettering. I'm so proud of it and use it often.

My Granddaughter went through the Unicorn phase, I bought her a Hobby Unicorn (as opposed to a horse).

She loved it.

Shame the thread went awry Eccles, not everyone gets 'fun' do they?

It occurs to me that gardens would be more colourful if fartilised with unicorn dung.
