Should The Nhs Fund This?

Regardless of whther you belive this sort of thing should be happening should it really be up to the NHS to fund it?

Personally I think not. The NHS is struggling with life and death cases so lifestyle choices should not be paid for. And that appies to boob jobs and other nosense paid by the tax payer.

since these days what you are, or not, is not dependent on actualities but how you self-identify, I have decided that I self identify as a twelve year old. shortly I will be booking the age re-assignment surgery and the "johnny five" input therapy to ensure I know it all. meantime I will carry my self-identifying self on to the 1103 virgin train to Birmingham with my child's train ticket, which virgin will happily accept, as they respect my self identity.

mushroom, if you self identify as a five year old child then you will end up in care assuming your parents won't have you. Virgin won't have to worry about your children's fare as you won't be travelling anywhere :)

Perhaps one of these days, someone who thinks that all this "self-identity" thing is a load of guff and that it's clearly just an arbitrary choice made to annoy people will be happy to prove the point by making the arbitrary choice themselves and then actually following through with that choice, and all it entails, for the rest of their lives.
