Can't find USB plug in point on desktop computer

I have a USB memory module that I wanted to use to transfer mp3s from my desktop but I can't find the plug-in point for the USB module. Does anyone know whereabouts it is likely to be?

There are usually 2 USB ports next to the PS2 ports (where your mouse and keyboard are plugged in).
