Eczema On Arms

I have developed a sweat rash or eczema on the inside right arm elbow
area and get tiny lumps on my outside ar elbow area.

I wear a t-shirt most days with a nylon parker which I can sweat in
as this traps the heat (good in cold weather!)

Could this be the cause or would it be something I have come into
contact with?

No had steriod cream which works then it comes back wondering weather
it is the sweat trapped in the parka that is causing it?

dsvd.......yes, it may well be, you will have to use the steroid cream when it flares up. I cannot think of a permanent suggestion other than getting rid of the Parker ;-)

Wear a long sleeved cotton t shirt to stop the Nylon causing sweating unduly.
