Had EVERYTHING my gp can give me (I work there so I know that's true). What next? Dermatology can't see me before 1 March (and that was pulling in favours)

I have no knowledge of your particular skin complaint but my wife used to get pustular psoriasis on her hands and feet very very very badly and tried everything known to all sorts of Drs and dermotologists including horrible steroid creams and nasty drugs. Nothing helped at all until she started using Aloe Vera gel and both eating and coating her hands in manuka honey. I'm well aware that the use of both has no medical back up but it cleared her condition completely and rapidly, so thought I'd pass it on anyway. Hope you get it sorted out.

Zappin- do I still regard her as my wife? Certainly I often refer to her as my wife, despite the fact that we have parted and she has since gone on to other relaitonships and indeed children with another partner, but we are still very close and she's pretty much single at the moment and we often spend a lot of time together when she's in England, so in many way she still feels like my wife, although if I have to introduce her to anyone, I obviously always use the term ex. Would I like her to still be my wife? Yes I would and I'm actively working on that.
organic apple cider vinegar - if the eczema is in your hair rinse with a diluted mix and leave in if you can stand the smell - otherwis dab on as neat as you dare (it may sting). it will do no harm but may do some good as this condition can be due to prolification of certain yeasts commonly found on the skin, plus an imbalance in your system. you can also take the vinegar internally -with a little hot water sweetened with organic manuka honey. never put on your skin something you would not put in your mouth -hope you feel better soon
