does anyone have any advice for quick weight loss. I know this maybe not the healthiest option but i have to lose 15lb to get nhs ivf and i have been given a nearer appointment today of 11th september which is great but a lot of pressure!!

How much overweight are you? If you are five stone or more overweight, you will lose 15lb safely in one month by joining weightwatchers or slimmers world and doing it sensibly

You would easily lost 7lbs in the first week.

If you are only a stone overweight it will be much more difficult.
