I learn programming in university. But i learned turism-catering in middle school. So i should learn 1 year and i will get profession. What do you think? Shoul i learn turism-catering too?

You're English will improve as you go on. Do whatever makes you happy. If you want to do tourism and catering then go for it. With programming as well you should do well. Making friends will happen.
