View Dashcam Data On Pc

I’m stuck again guys. I need to view the data collected on my dashcam on my pc but when I insert the micro card in the card reader and in the slot on pc I am unable to view the data although the folders are showing on screen. I get a notice stating “not compatible “ . What do I need please? Thanks in advance. Tel.

I can only suggest that you contact Amazon and see what they say.
Alternatively, send it back as unsuitable and get this one instead:

That's also Chinese but it works very well and uses the Russian Datakam software. That allows you to "group" several clips and view them as a complete journey, including seeing it on a satellite view or a map. Currently there are problems with that but you can get it to show you a track on Google Earth.

AVI files can be encoded with a variety of video and audio codecs and there may be some that VLC does not play. I would have thought it unusual that footage from a dash cam would be encoded in an unusual codec but stranger things are not rare. You may need to contact the Manufacturer/Supplier to find out if you need to download a specific codec pack
