Mercedes Convertible

I am writing a novel and wish to use a Mercedes convertible manufactured around 2014. It needs to have a decent sized rear seat and the roof needs to be retractable by the driver with the vehicle in motion. Can anyone advise on a suitable model please? Thanking you in anticipation.

I have an SLK so that won't do (2 seater) however I can only open my roof (automatically) with the vehicle stationary in park/neutral. I have always assumed that this would be the case with all convertibles, could be quite dangerous for the roof to open while driving along, I await to see if I'm wrong.
