Went for a Caribbean cruise in the summer....missed the hurricanes, thankfully ....now part 2...Off in a few days to Las Vegas for our wedding anniversary - have booked to see Diana Ross's last show there, Elton John next week, and ( bleugh...urrp) Sea lion Dion show(for Mrs B) also 2 Magic shows..the excellent Penn and Teller and David Copperfield, whom we last saw in London many years ago and is truly amazing..we booked a Grand Canyon trip, too, for a day.

My question is: Has anybody ever seen live, or heard of Piff The Magic Dragon?
(as some friends/colleagues we know have mentioned just how good he is. Penn and Teller took him to Vegas apparently)....seen him on you tube and he is very, very funny, but he is a competent magician and does the trick.
We passed on The Righteous Brothers and Ringo Starr and his all Starr band......to name a couple.

so Piff the Magic Dragon, the brilliant Santana plus guests, Boyz II Men or a Cirque du Soleil show? (Limited Tickets still available for these.)

Opinions greatly appreciated...Thanks :-)

Thanks Patsy....looking forward to it now. x

Take it then you haven't heard of a
Piff?

Oh oh, she's browsing on her tablet and just found Donny and Marie Osmond Show with tickets available most nights.....she loves piggin' Donny!...arrrrghhh

Would have been great to see Harry Connick Jnr, but next stint for him starts in mid-November, so just too late.
Oh No, not Donny and Marie, please..... Take me instead :o)
Cirque du Soleil we have seen Beatles, Elvis, ‘O’, Mystere. Penn and teller is fantastic as is Absinthe. Congratulations x
Saw piff not my thing at all but was ok
Big Elvis in the piano bar of Hurrahs is free and well worth it.

Thanks very much, mazie, NoM and DTC.xxx...I quite fancy Carlos Santana...like him a lot...and Cirque du Soleil shows,DTC, are Criss Angel MINDFREAK LIVE, KÀ by Cirque du Soleil, Love, O, Michael Jackson, Zumanity, and Mystere.

We will see one, as apparently brilliant.
Question Author
Cheers, Anne and Islay....will search out Big Elvis, as need some freebies whilst there. x

Piff is a bit paff then, Islay?.......he won his stint, in LV, on that Jonathan Ross/Penn and Teller Magician 'fool us' show apparently.
I personally didn’t enjoy it whereas Penn & Tellar was amazing and actually really good value tickets
I absolutely loved Love the Beatles cirque de Soleil. Penn and Teller were also brilliant and they run out of the show at the end so they can meet the audience. we also had dinner in the voodoo restaurant in Rio which was good and a great view of the strip.

Really enjoyed absinthe too, its in a small tent so you cant really get a bad view.
If you want to go to top of Stratosphere tell them you are going to the bar then you dont get charged and you can spend the money on a drink

Thanks for the tips, AliFlump :-)
