Injury Rehab

I have just completed a two year sports science course in personal training and sports performance. I will be adding a final year onto this course, so I will then have a BSc in sports and leisure management. I am starting to show an interest into sports injuries and would like to complete a course in this, but I don't really think I could cope with another 3 year course. I am not entirely sure what job I would like to do after doing an injury course though. I have done a diploma in sports massage but the course did not cover anything on sports injuries.

Does anyone know of any good courses that would suit me? Also some suggestions on sports injury jobs would be good. I would prefer to deal with injuries opposed to personal training as, each day will be different, I even thought of something like a paramedic (I know, nothing to do with injuries but I really don't want to be stuck in a job where everyday is the same,) but the pay is not that great.

Physiotherapy pays quite well, but the training is notoriously difficult - a lot of people who couldn't manage medical school seem to go into it instead. I think it's at least 3 years though :( There are Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy assistants who work in hospitals, but the pay isn't so good for them.
