Sky Mobile technical department can’t answer my question so hopefully you guys will be able to help. I wish to disable the voicemail on my iPhone 5s in order to avoid all unwanted messages being left on my phone. Hopefully Sky Mobile haven’t made it impossible to disable to turn it off ? Tel

Have you gone through all of the stages? As I read it, the instructions are as follows: Call 759. Select Option 3. That should take you to more options. Select Option 5. You should then be offered yet more options, with number 1 being the one you want.

Sorry to say, that didn't work Buenchico. All I get are three options, none of which gives me an option to stop voicemail messages. regards
