All criminals of serious offences should be deported.
They have been given safe haven here, if they then abuse that help then it is on their own heads.
The only exception should be that consideration where that person may face execution for political, sexual (gay) or religious beliefs. But even then not all since it is well known some have claimed to be gay to avoid deportation.
