I've had a right performance getting on here this morning. T'internet is fine, every other site is fine, it's just this one being all willful.

A meeting this morning and yer wee man coming to do a bit of work this afternoon. I'll tidy up my desk today, I can't see the top!

All our bedrooms need decorating and carpeting but I can't be bothered with the faff of moving the furniture from room A to room B.
So it gets left.

Same here, togo. I rang for an appointment last week and the first date was 16th. November. Mind you, my GP does work part-time so it's a bit more difficult to get to see her.

Tilly, our surgery went all 'hi-tech' recently, automaton answers the phone, press 1 for this, 2 for that and so on.
Apparently you can also register and 'choose your appointment slot' on-line.
To register, you have to go to surgery and it's not in an easy accessible street re public transport.

exactly my thoughts Tilly.
They may have changed it, but when they first rolled it out one had to go to the surgery, presumably to fill out a form of some type.

The younger alba has been putting off a trip as he reckons a tooth needs root-canal, the last root-canal he endured has put him off for life lol

Clean and polish and a check up, Alba. It's nowhere near as horrible as a root canal treatment, thank goodness.
