Perhaps rather than just one person in the mugshot they could have a rainbow shot.

A mother dropping baby wipes, a child dropping sweet wrappers, a businessman dropping his sandwich wrapper and a builder flytipping. All of course of different nationalities and colour etc.

It's that they have been branded Racists, probably by one person taking offence on behalf of another, rather than they actually are.

People need to get a life, although I do agree with JTH sometimes you do wonder if people are looking at what they are signing off.

you can imagine the process, "right we need a picture of a black bloke for this all our compaigns have a black bloke" - "that's great, right send that out" - "now what's the subject?" - "err crime" - "dam that's one of the few times we need the picture of a white bloke" - "doh"

haha! reminds me of an anti benefit fraud advertising campaign that went out on TV about 10-15 years ago.

They had maybe 3 or 4 different adverts and all the benefit fraudsters were played by white actors. No diversity there then!

It wasn't that long ago that the racism brigade, were complaining that there was not enough black/asian in tv soaps, presenters etc!!
