Most Bizarre Leaving Presents!

Mr Smow left a 4 months contract placement today. He didn’t expect anything but last second they called him in for a presentation. He came home with what they had got him and I literally burst out laughing. They knew we were renovating a house so, apart from the other ‘gifts’ , they ransacked the building !,
He had:
One builders hard hat and fluorescent jacket,latex gloves, a whiteboard,an apron, a mug, 3 shuttlecocks(???), 4 individual portions of jam(???), a bus pass, pens, safety posters..... I swear they just went round nicking stuff from every single floor of the building!! Lol

A lot of thought went into everything. Does he qualify for a bus pass?

And they’d typed a hysterical letter with an explanation for every item. He’s worked in many places and been given the obligatory bottle of bubbly etc but they’d really put an effort into this daft present.

I was given a boomerang when I left a company I'd worked with for 2 years.

They were right, 18 months later I was re-hired by them.

And 20 years later still worked for them.
