Anyone have any impartial info on the benifits of these?.. Or are they another 'non proven' health product?

Personally l feel that i have better digestion and smoother digestive transit when i incorporate these into my diet, especially after drinking so maybe it works for some and not for others, I used yakult but now use "lancashire farms probiotic natural yoghurt" from asda, they're doing it for a pound special offer, with this youghurt i usually add fruit, a lillte milkshake flavouring or r milk to make a buttermilk typed drink.
As I have written earlier, I have taken probiotics and prebiotics for a month now. It was because I saw something which said that cleaning the gut or large intestine was beneficial. As I am 90+ I thought it might help me shuffle around much easier. I feel they have improved me, even removing my gout, so I am continuing taking them. Take it in soluble powder form, tasteless, obtainable from Bimuno, £10 per month. It is worth giving them a try.
