If you DO decide to use a cab - these boys are reliable and are actually based in Twickenham, so you shouldn't have to pay 'run-out' charges for 'dead' mileage... http://www.blackandwhitecars.com/
There is an airport bus you can take which terminates at Feltham station, Twickenham is then 2 stops(Whitton then twickers). A little tip for you, when you leave the Stadium (I assume your going to watch some Rugby !!) do not go back to Twickenham station because it is a nightmare getting onto the platforms and you will have to queue for about 1/2 hour. Go to Whitton Station which is about a 20 minute walk from the stadium, there is a good pub called the Admiral Nelson on the way, you will save yourself time. Or take a cab !! as previously suggested.
