My maternity leave is ending next week and i have just been made redundant. i have been told i might be able to claim jsa if i've paid enough ni contributions in the last 2 tax years. I've worked continuously up until oct 2004, then claimed jsa for 5 months, until i found work in May 2005. I then went on maternity leave dec 05. Do you think i have paid enough ni?
