Cabin Luggage

Whilst I believe some airlines are stopping the use of cabin luggage as such, I need a new weekend case so thought I'd buy one which could, if needed, be used as cabin luggage too.
I want a hard case one with four wheels, they look very easy to manoeuvre.
Does anyone have any recommendations or any to avoid? I've been browsing online but there are so many to choose from..

I got mine from Amazon. I've had no problems so far. I've also got one from Tesco.

Trouble is with luggage is unless you go away often it's hard to know how hard wearing it is.

The size requirements are 56cm long x 45wide x25 deep including handles wheels and pockets. So start from there. We bought some in Morrisons which are excellent but were a special offer.

Never thought of Tesco, Ummm, will give them a go.
I know the size I need Margo, it's a recommendation for the brand I'm interested in, will have a look at Morrisons.
M&S ones look nice, does anyone have one of theirs?

I recently bought new luggage...I got Aerolite as it's very light and easy to manoeuver. They come with either 4 or 8 wheels.
Have a look on Amazon. I bought mine at tkmaxx.

I wóuld say go for the lightest one you can find, plus I always find an exterior pocket handy. 4 wheels for sure, otherwise they tip over.

I want a hard shell one Dave, but thanks for the suggestion and link.
Defo four wheels, sam, my two old ones which I've just got rid of only had two wheels and they used to be unstable. The four wheeled ones don't seem to need to be pulled much, they just seem to glide along.

Fair enough. I've never had a four-wheel one, so I guess I'm just used to my trusty two-wheeler. :-)

Just be sure that whichever one you choose will definitely be allowed as cabin luggage. Most check-in desks have a thing that your bag must fit into, otherwise they'll make you check it into the hold.
