Unwanted Emails

I am receiving so many emails from unwanted sources, organisations that I have never dealt with. How can I stop them? Please - not too much jargon!

click on the little box beside the email and send them to junk/spam
Hopefully all other from those companies will go there too.

Depends which email you use I think tho.

Marking as spam or blocking may work but is unlikely to make much difference as spammers can spoof their sender addresses or use hundreds of very similar email addresses.
It also depends on who you email provider is

No, don't unsubscribe from any e-mail; all that does is tell the Spammers they have found a 'real live' address and you will be inundated with lots more.

Consign them to your SPAM folder. It won't stop them coming in but at least most of them will not end up in your inbox.
